We decided to take a walk around town and this was on our stop for breakfast. It was snowing and a number of the staff was in when we got there and they were telling us all about their menu and what their favorites was. The two breakfast items we settled on was the Sausage and Gravy and the Egg Sandwich with Ham (you can substitute the ham with bacon), we can see why it was a favorite. Both were very yummy! We tried the espresso and the Prairie Fog both were very good. The Prairie Fog was describe to us as "pleasant" and we would agree. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing, great place to have a conversation and watch the world go by. We enjoyed the staff as well. Bottom line, we were not disappointed in our visit.

Food is delicious, staff are super friendly and the ambience is relaxing. They have outside patio during the warmer months, which has an European feeling. I would give them five stars if they could brew better coffee (note: their coffee is OK but not exceptional)

Great casual breakfast and lunch joint. It's in a cool location right next to the Clarke House and park. We tried the BLT and tomato soup combo and the French Toast. The Hard Chander is a warm and cozy drink with chai and the lemonade is refreshingly not too sweet. Shout out to Elsa for being a great server! We look forward to coming by in the summer when the outdoor seating is open.

Went there for breakfast and the tea was fantastic. The cookie was a bit dry for my tastes, but that's just a preference thing. I noticed other orders took awhile to arrive, but mine was pretty well ready to go right the. Right there. Perfectly happy with this.

Great place for coffee or beer, hangout or work. My go-to cafe! There's the lovely women's park right outside, perfect to go with kids or pets! Update (Dec 2018) It has been over a year since my last review. I come here very often but I notice that their staffs never stay long. I kind of wonder why. I am also disappointed that they discontinued their roasted potatoes and homemade ketchup, they were the best! However, I enjoy the additional selection of baked goods. All the food are good, esp the soups!
